M. Doyle Sanders, P.E., with over 50 years expertise and experience as an oil and gas production and pipeline engineer provides consulting and expert witness services relating to pipeline failure analyses, risk evaluations, and other oilfield facility and project incidents. Doyle is currently a registered Professional Engineer and a former registered Professional Surveyor in Texas.
Doyle has performed expert witness testimony and provided third party opinions on various incidents, tariff capacity verifications, facility valuations, project management reviews, and environmental protection matters with testimony to various State and Federal Regulatory Commissions, State and Federal Courts, and Environmental Compliance Agencies. Work has also included Subject Matter Expert services to US State Department and US Army Corps of Engineers.
